Collaboration Improvements

Following the latest Workflow, Lite User and Export updates, we are introducing new Discussions and Notifications updates to improve collaboration.

Discussions

Discussions will now be directly accessible from the Edit record popup.

This means that, from now on, discussions are not available exclusively from the full page record view.

Activity

The same goes for record activity, which can now be accessed from the Edit record popup.

Copy Record

We have also applied the full page record view functionality to the edit record popup. This means that you can now access important functionality, such as copying and deleting a record from the Edit record popup itself.

Notifications update

We have also updated the Fusioo notification system.

Instead of showing the number of unseen notifications, the notification system will now show the number of unread notifications.

The notification popup is now also categorized in 3 different sections: All, Discussions and Updates.

As the names imply, the Discussions section will feature @mentions and comments on discussions you're following. The Updates section will feature record updates, such as status or content updates.

You can now also mark specific notifications as read or unread.
