2022 was a very busy year for us here at Fusioo. We managed to launch exciting new features and fulfill our dream of making powerful, customizable business software accessible by and available to anyone. For this, we wish to thank everyone who has been involved in our journey so far.
Here are the latest updates for 2022 and what to expect in early 2023:
Files are now included when exporting your Fusioo App data. When exporting data, you will now be prompted with an option to Include files.
When you enable the "Include files" option, the downloaded compressed file will include a folder with your files. This folder will have the same name as your File Field.
We are also adding the much requested functionality of turning our hard deletes into soft deletes. What this means, in a nutshell, is that deleted records now will not be completely deleted from our system.
Instead, the delete will be what is considered as a "soft delete". The record will be removed, but it can be restored for up to 14 days, as mentioned in our Audit Page update below.
The Audit page now contains two tabs, one for Records and one for System.
The System section works exactly as before.
The new Records section will now allow you to check detailed information on App Records, such as who viewed, updated, and deleted Records. From here, you will now also be able to restore any records that have been recently deleted (up to 14 days).
Another important feature we are releasing is the "Is Duplicate" filter. This filter can now be used for Text, Email, URL and number Fields.
As the name implies, the "Is Duplicate" filter will show duplicates when used in a filter.
For the time being, the "Is Duplicate" filter cannot be used on Fields in App References.
Lately we have also been working on integrating Fusioo with Pabbly. If you haven't heard of Pabbly, Pabbly Connect (the integration platform from Pabbly) is an alternative product to Zapier that can be used as an integrator between Fusioo and other applications, such as MailChimp and Slack.

Previously, you could filter records in a calendar by using the User Field. This would group by the User and then you could, optionally, filter by any of those users.
We have now added the ability to group by List Field values and to optionally filter by any List value you might want to specifically target.
We are currently working on adding more functionality to our Zapier integration. In 2023, you can expect File support, a freshly minted record created/updated trigger and Get/Find record support.
We are also working on updating our Fusioo Workflows. We will be adding Workflow paths, add more support for App Relationships and improve the general user experience while using Workflows.
Finally, we will be working on making the Formula Field better, faster and easier to use. We are currently working on adding variables to formulas, color coding and help tooltips for formula functions.
