What challenges made you look for a solution?

We needed to find an adaptable solution for our internal design schedule. With the company rapidly growing it is imperative that we have an up to date scheduling tool that all members of the teams have access to so they can update their workflows accordingly. With three teams within the studio working in different ways the challenge was finding a complete solution that could be set up specifically for each team whilst working together on the overall platform.

How long did it take you to get everything up and running?

After signing up to Fusioo for a 30 day trial we had built and was running a test schedule within 2 days of starting out. The platform was extremely intuitive and easy to set up. The flexibility of the functions made it easy to build and test different set ups before finalising the system.

Which particular aspect of the product do you rely on/like the most?

The adaptability of Fusioo has really surprised me since first using it and I love how easily/quickly something can be added or improved with a few button clicks. It’s allowed the teams to have input on their own schedules and have bespoke elements built in. However I think the best part of having a Fusioo product is the customer support that comes with. It is second to none and has really helped us push forward.

How does the product improve your daily workflow?

It creates a fluid scheduling tool that each team has found easy to use but we have also been able to add functionality to our studio life by adding different tools to Fusioo. It now holds our client database and acts as our overtime and timesheet tracker. Being able to integrate different systems onto one platform has been great.
