What is a Regular User?
Regular Users are Users that can access all parts of the Fusioo platform. They can even be provided administrative access. Regular Users can create new records, update and delete existing records, if permitted to do so. Regular Users are priced at €19/user/month if paid annually and €26/user/month if paid monthly.
What is a Lite User?
Lite Users are Users with read-only access. They can comment on activities and get read access to specific records. If you want to impress your clients and Independent Contractors, you can invite them to join your team as a Lite User. Lite Users can be on boarded for free.

Yes. We offer Email, In-App and Live Chat support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Fusioo is a pay as you go service. You can cancel your subscription anytime.

Do you offer a discount when billed annually?
Yes, we offer up to 25% discount on up-front long-term commitments.
Does Fusioo offer a Free plan?
Yes! Fusioo offers a free plan with limited features. Our free plan is well-suited for individuals, entrepreneurs, and small teams. If you require more advanced features, you can easily upgrade to one of our paid plans.
Can I switch plans easily?
Yes, you have the flexibility to either downgrade to a different plan or upgrade to a new plan with additional functionality. It is important to note that you cannot downgrade to a plan that lacks the features of your existing plan.
